The Peoria Mustangs try-out camp is one week away but familiar faces are already beginning to show up on the scene of the 2019-20 season.
Mustang veterans Austin Keil, Connor Bennett, and Addicus Helfer have inked their names on the dotted lines for next season. In addition, newcomer George Giese has also signed his contract with the Mustangs and is eager to get camp and the season started. More signees will be announced throughout the next few days.
Coach Steve Ortman is excited about the potential of getting three well-rounded veterans back in the Mustang line-up for next season. Speaking about Keil’s return, Ortman says “It’s a great day for the Mustangs. We are getting another top winger in the NA3HL back for another year. He plays hard in all 3 zones and he has become a great leader”.
