On September 18, 2020, the Peoria Mustangs added two signings before the start of the 2020-21 season.
The Mustangs re-signed F Quinn Murphy from Champaign, IL to a contract for the 2020-21 season. He appeared in 40 games for the Mustangs last season and tallied 9 goals. Murphy touts NAHL experience going into his second season with the Mustangs.
Additionally, the Mustangs signed D Jack Craycroft, a native of Ankey, IA to a contract for the 2020-21 season. Craycroft last played for the Flin Flon Bombers and the Powassan VooDoos of Canada.
