Mustangs Tender Four As Playoffs Begin

PEORIA, IL – The Peoria Mustangs have announced the signing of four tenders for the 2021-22 season. The signings come at the close of the 2020-21 regular season for the Mustangs as the team begins preparations for the 2021 NA3HL Divisional Playoffs.

The first tender is 2004 F Massimo Polistina. Polistina comes to the Mustangs from the St. Louis AAA Blues 16U squad where he has appeared in 15 games in the 2020-21 season. Polistina has posted 4 assists so far in the season for the Blues.

The second tender is 2003 F CJ Cirko. Cirko, a native of Aurora, IL, comes to the Mustangs from the Chicago Sabres 18U AA squad where he has tallied 4 goals & 2 assists in his time with the team so far.

The third tender brings a local flare with him. Defenseman Wyatt Swonger, a native of Pekin, IL, comes from across the Illinois River to continue his journey on the Peoria Pipeline. Swonger is currently playing for the Peoria Jr. Rivermen 16U squad.

The fourth and final tender of the pack is from a familiar location for Mustang players. Jake Ratner, a 2002 F, comes to Peoria from the Highland Park Falcons 18U AA squad where many current Mustang players have previously played.
